Lending a hand in partnership

When called upon, NPT Engineering & Environmental Ltd are here to help! We take biodiversity and habitat improvement seriously and we were delighted to lend a hand on a volunteer basis to help Bristol Water repair damage to recently planted saplings, caused by storms Dudley, Eunice and Franklin this year.

It’s fantastic to see such proactive environmental development work being undertaken by one of our key clients to not only improve their Biodiversity Score, but to also help with the Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC) Initiative,  created to mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022 which invites people from across the United Kingdom to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee”!

We’re proud to be working with Bristol Water to help meet this objective, helping them to plant & protect over 1200 saplings at various sites throughout their region.

If you would like to lend a hand to plant a tree with Bristol Water or find out a little bit more about Bristol Water’s current or future conservation plans, contact Kirsty Dunford (Bristol Water Conservation, Access and Recreations Manager) for further information.

So, spades, trowels, stakes, guards and of course, saplings at the ready!!! Let’s get planting & protecting!!
