Paul Hobbs

Paul has spent over 15 years in the water & infrastructure sector in various roles, both delivering and coordinating water supply, drainage and wastewater pre-construction design solutions, from small installs to multi-million pound projects. Paul has worked for and with numerous water authorities, government authorities, and large multi-national design consultancies, leading and coaching technical teams.​

Prior to NPT, between December 2013 and March 2020, Paul operated his own company, delivering water supply, drainage and foul water designs to various water authorities and consultancies. 

Together with delivering engineering design solutions, Paul maintains close liaison with existing clients to ensure continued customer satisfaction and continued business, whilst also heading up NPT’s business development.

  • Effective liaison at all levels, with a keen eye for detail and focused on Client demand whilst delivering a ‘no nonsense’, honest and pragmatic approach.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, walking, snowboarding, surfing, playing guitar and football, coaching youth football at grass roots level.

Tony is a highly skilled Design Engineer with over twenty years experience, leading teams and working on multi-million pound projects for a vast array of water companies.
